AUCTION ITEM PICK UP

If you are the winning bidder for one or more items, you will be notified, and you will receive instructions for retrieving your purchase no later than the close of business Monday, November 6. Some certificates can be emailed or mailed; however, other packages will require that you pick them up at our Robins-Starr Humane Center on Hermitage Road. We will host a drive-through auction item pickup at our facility on Tuesday, November 7 from 4 to 6 p.m. If picking up your item(s) during this time is not convenient, other arrangements can be made by emailing Janae Jones.

AUCTION RULES

You do not need to attend the Fur Ball at The Jefferson Hotel on Saturday, November 4 to bid in the online/silent auction. Live auction item previews are available on the auction site, however, please note that bidding for these packages will occur in person at The Jefferson Hotel on the evening of November 4 and not online. If you do not have a ticket to attend the Fur Ball in person but are interested in a proxy bid, please email Tamsen Kingry before 12 p.m. on Friday, November 3.

All silent/online and live auction bids are binding contracts to purchase.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Payment is due at the event's conclusion.

All live auction bids should be placed by raising your bid card and awaiting acknowledgment from the auctioneer. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the purchaser. In the event of doubt on the part of the auctioneer as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the lot in question.

Experiences and travel packages expire after 12 months unless otherwise stated. Hotel rooms are for two people in one room, unless otherwise stated. Travel packages are subject to availability and are non-transferable. Airfare for travel packages is not included unless otherwise specified. Gift certificates cannot be replaced.
